Swee Lin is a health strategist and executive coach, who is on a mission to raise the level of health and happiness at the workplace. She offers an integrated program which combines five simple elements that are essential to well being: Eat, Sleep, Move, Trust and Breathe.
With over 15 years of full time work experience, predominantly in management consulting, she enjoys helping clients on topics such as market entry strategy, product portfolio strategy, revenue and cost management, branding, customer insights and sales stimulation. While at McKinsey & Company, her career transitioned into professional development and people leadership roles. These included Recruiting Manager (Southeast Asia) and Practice Manager (Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales). She was part of the Global Ombudsman office, dealing with complex confidential issues. Working on the Asian Women’s Initiative provided insights into gender differences at the workplace. She was faculty for the Asian Women’s Leadership Workshop. and also held responsibilities for rolling out the Firm's new people strategy.
Prior to McKinsey, Swee Lin worked with AT Kearney Inc., Tenecco Automotive Asia and the Economic Development Board of Singapore. Post McKinsey, she worked in the non-profit sector with Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer. She also continues to work as a freelance Management Consultant with a-Connect.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Swee Lin received her Bachelor of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She completed her Master of Business Administration with a double major in Strategy and Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
She completed the Executive & Organizational Development Coaching Intensive Workshop, covering Personal Transformation & Coaching in 2007. She is also a certified professional trainer.
In her spare time, Swee Lin enjoys cooking. Her most extreme adventure was joining the Amazing Food Challenge, Fun in the Philippines Season 3 in 2015, where she was a finalist out of 12 contestants from around the world. She loves food, fashion, her family and friends. Her son is the light of her life. She also enjoys nature and gardening.
Having crossed her forties, she founded Fig and Blossom to promote projects with themes on helping, healing and happiness. She is interested in leaving the world in a better place than when she found it.
