The Happy-Body-Happy-Me Program was designed for people who want an easy, customizable, sustainable solution to managing their weight for good. As they begin to get to their ideal healthy weight,  they become happier and healthier.

What can you expect from The Happy-Body-Happy-Me Program? 
A weight loss program that helps clients understand how the body works when it comes to weight gain or loss.  Learn key concepts of the body's fat storage mechanisms, how biochemistry and hormones work together to help get to your desired weight, maintain your weight and create a lighter, happier you.  By focusing on core nutrients that nourish and help you regenerate cells, you eat well with lots of flavour to get to your desired weight, your metabolism and skin will improve too.      

Why should you consider signing up for The Happy-Body-Happy-Me Program? 
#1.  You've already tried one diet after another and are fed up that you seem to regain the weight within 3-6 months after going off the diet.  You're tired on fad diets and you want something that works. 
#2.  You're interested in an easy to implement solution that is truly sustainable, and can be customizable to your needs, travel and lifestyle.  Finally, an eating plan which is so simple and workable and yet, lets you eat nearly anything you want.

Why should you work with a Health Coach like Swee Lin? 
While a lot of information is available on line, it's sometimes hard to tell what really works.  As a certified health coach,  Swee Lin not only understands what works but she strongly believes in customizing the program and its solutions to bio-individuality and lifestyle needs. Unlike a dietician or fitness trainer, her approach to health is always holistic, natural and also pragmatic.  Her explanations and recommendations on what to do are explained simply and adapted to the needs of the client. More importantly, she encourages and gets clients to take the necessary steps from where they are starting from and through adaptation, get results that are both fast and sustainable. 

How is the program conducted?
You can hold the sessions with Swee Lin in person, at her practice venue or she can visit you at your home.  Should you be travelling or be based overseas,  the sessions can be conducted via phone, or video-conference (using What's App, Zoom, Skype or Uber Conference). 

How many sessions are there?  How long will the program take? 
You get 10 one-on-one sessions held 2 times a week. Each session will last for an hour and the program needs to be completed within 12 weeks. 

What are the fees for The Happy-Body-Happy-Me Program? 
The fees for the 10 session program are SGD3,000 / USD2,300.  

Can you organize a group session for The Happy-Body-Happy-Me Program?
Absolutely!  For group sessions of five or more, a very special rate will be offered.  She would be delighted to tailor something just for your and your family and friends' needs. Please inquire by writing to sweelin@figandblossom.com.
